Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how USMRDAV LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit INTEGRITY Radio at https://www.airadio1608.com (the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
Notice: This document is provided for informational transparency purposes. It is not legal advice. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for any legal questions regarding data privacy compliance.
1. Who We Are
USMRDAV LLC operates INTEGRITY Radio, an internet radio station streaming AI-generated music created using Suno AI. Our registered business is located in the United States. For all privacy-related inquiries, you may contact us at [email protected].
2. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the Service and improve the listener experience. We do not require account registration and do not collect your name, email address, or any directly identifying personal information unless you voluntarily contact us.
2.1 Automatically Collected Data
When you visit the Service, our server automatically receives and may record:
- Your IP address (used solely to determine approximate country of origin and then discarded)
- Browser type and version
- Device type (mobile, desktop, or tablet)
- Pages visited and time spent on the Service
- Referring URL (the page that linked you to our Service)
- Date and time of your visit
2.2 Listening Activity Data
To operate the radio station and improve the music selection, we record anonymized listening events, including:
- Which songs were played, paused, skipped, or completed
- Duration of listening per song
- Song votes (upvote or downvote) submitted voluntarily by you
- Share events (when you use the Share button)
These events are associated with a randomly generated session identifier stored in your browser's local storage. This identifier is not linked to your identity and is reset when you clear your browser data.
2.3 Advertising Data
If advertisements are displayed or played on the Service, we record anonymous impression data (that an ad was shown) and click data (that an ad was clicked). This data is not linked to your identity. We do not use third-party advertising networks that track you across other websites.
2.4 Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser local storage (not cookies) to save your playback preferences (volume, shuffle, repeat settings) and your session identifier. We also use local storage to remember your cookie consent preference so the consent banner does not reappear after you have accepted. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To operate and maintain the radio station and ensure continuous playback
- To improve the music playlist by understanding which songs listeners enjoy
- To detect and prevent automated bot traffic and abuse
- To generate anonymized analytics about listener demographics and behavior
- To measure the effectiveness of any advertisements served on the Service
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for behavioral advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 5.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f))
We process session identifiers, listening events, and device type data to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and improve content quality. Our legitimate interest in providing a functional radio service outweighs the minimal privacy impact of this anonymized processing.
Consent (Article 6(1)(a))
Where we rely on your consent (for example, for non-essential analytics or advertising tracking), we will request your explicit consent via the cookie consent banner before processing begins. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or contacting us.
Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c))
We may process data where required to comply with applicable law, court orders, or regulatory obligations.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers (including cloud hosting and database services) to operate the Service. These providers process data only on our behalf and under our instructions.
- Analytics: We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics platform that does not use cookies and does not share data with third parties.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice on the Service before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain anonymized listening event data for up to 24 months to enable long-term analytics and content improvement. Session identifiers stored in your browser persist until you clear your browser data. IP addresses used for country detection are not stored beyond the duration of the session request. You may request deletion of any data associated with your session identifier by contacting us at [email protected].
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
| Right | Description |
|---|---|
| Access | Request a copy of the data we hold about your session. |
| Erasure | Request deletion of data associated with your session identifier. |

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. EU AI Act Disclosure
In accordance with Article 50 of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689, the "EU AI Act") and our unconditional commitment to transparency, USMRDAV LLC makes the following disclosures regarding the use of artificial intelligence in the creation and operation of INTEGRITY Radio:
- All music broadcast on INTEGRITY Radio is AI-generated content. Every track is created using Suno AI, an artificial intelligence music generation platform. This disclosure is made at the point of first interaction with the Service, in compliance with Article 50(4) and (5) of the EU AI Act.
- The creative process is supported by a team of custom AI co-designers operating as Custom GPTs and GEMs: Musical Genius Trio™, Strategic Studio Companion™ (Executive Producer), VibeForge™ (Sound Director), TuneScriptor™ (Lyric Architect), Spirit Of The Gift (SOTG)™, or A.R.T.I.S.T.-AC™. These tools assist in creative direction and do not interact with or collect data from listeners.
- No human performers, musicians, or recording artists are involved in the creation of the music unless explicitly and individually stated for a specific track.
- Every track is an original composition. No covers, no samples, and no scraped or reproduced content from any third party are used.
- The playlist curation and song weighting system is an automated algorithm that adjusts based on listener voting behavior. This system does not produce legal or similarly significant effects on any individual and does not constitute a high-risk AI system under Annex III of the EU AI Act.
- The machine-readable marking obligation under Article 50(2) of the EU AI Act applies to Suno AI as the provider of the AI generation system. USMRDAV LLC operates as a deployer of Suno AI output and fulfills its deployer-level transparency obligations through this disclosure and the on-site notices at https://www.airadio1608.com.
- We do not use any AI system on this platform for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
The EU AI Act transparency obligations under Article 50 are scheduled to become enforceable in August 2026. USMRDAV LLC has implemented these disclosures in advance of that deadline as a matter of principle and good-faith compliance.
9. Children's Privacy

These measures include HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, access controls on our database, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
